Services Definition
B2B Custom Solutions
End-to-end private label services including concept development, fragrance formulation, packaging design, and branding solutions for luxury fragrance products.
OEM/ODM Manufacturing
Original Equipment Manufacturing and Original Design Manufacturing services with advanced R&D capabilities for custom fragrance development and production.
Niche & Limited Edition
Small-batch production services for niche markets, limited collections, and exclusive fragrances without minimum order constraints.
Quality Standards & Compliance
All products manufactured by Orloscent comply with international quality and safety standards including ISO 9001, GMP, and CPSR requirements. We maintain strict quality control processes from raw material sourcing to final product inspection.

Order Terms & Conditions
Order Processing
All orders require written confirmation and are subject to our production capacity and scheduling. Custom formulations require sample approval before bulk production commences.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established partners.
Delivery & Logistics
We maintain a global logistics network covering Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Africa. Delivery timeframes vary based on order complexity and destination.
Intellectual Property
All custom formulations, proprietary blends, and manufacturing processes developed by Orloscent remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Client-owned formulas and specifications are protected under strict confidentiality agreements.
Confidentiality Commitment
We maintain strict confidentiality protocols to protect all client information, formulations, and business relationships. Our team operates under comprehensive non-disclosure agreements.
Warranty & Liability
Orloscent warrants that all products will conform to agreed specifications and quality standards. Our liability is limited to product replacement or refund of the purchase price. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for product liability.
Clients are responsible for ensuring products comply with local regulations in their target markets. We provide technical support and documentation to assist with regulatory compliance.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing agreements with 30 days written notice. All pending orders and payment obligations remain in effect through completion. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.
